SEC. 1. Short title

• This Act may be cited as the Stop Funding Rioters Act.

SEC. 2. Persons convicted of certain felonies ineligible for Small Business Administration assistance

• No person convicted of an offense relating to a misdemeanor or felony assault of a law enforcement officer, or convicted of a felony for actions during or in connection with a riot that resulted in the destruction of a small business concern (as defined in section 3 of the Small Business Act ()), shall be eligible to receive any assistance from or through, or participate in, any program administered by the Small Business Administration. 15 U.S.C. 632
