SEC. 1. Short title
- This Act may be cited as the Stop Musk Act.
SEC. 2. Prohibiting retaliation against Federal employees resisting unlawful or unconstitutional actions by Elon Musk against Federal agencies
- No Federal employee may be retaliated against, including any retaliation occurring on or after the date of the enactment of this Act, for resisting, circumventing, or preventing Elon Musk or individuals he oversees from taking unlawful or unconstitutional actions relating to Federal agencies.
