• This Act may be cited as the Streamlining the Solid Start Communications Act.

• Paragraph (2) of section 6320(b) of title 38, United States Code, is amended by striking tailored mailingsand inserting tailored lines of communication, including mailings, text messaging, virtual chatting, and other electronic forms of messaging,.
