• This Act may be cited as the Strengthening American Nuclear Energy Act.

SEC. 2. Codification of Executive orders relating to nuclear energy

• The following Executive orders, signed on May 23, 2025, shall have the force and effect of law:
  • The Executive order entitled . Reforming Nuclear Reactor Testing at the Department of Energy
  • The Executive order entitled . Deploying Advanced Nuclear Reactor Technologies for National Security
  • The Executive order entitled . Ordering the Reform of the Nuclear Regulatory Commission
  • The Executive order entitled . Reinvigorating the Nuclear Industrial Base
