SEC. 1. Short title

• This Act may be cited as the Supporting Victims of Human Trafficking Act.

SEC. 2. Grants to assist victims of trafficking

• Section 107(b)(2) of the Trafficking Victims Protection Act of 2000 () is amended— 22 U.S.C. 7105(b)(2)
  • in subparagraph (B)—
    • in the matter preceding clause (i), by striking and insert ;
    • in clause (i), by striking three percentand inserting up to 7 percent;
    • in clause (ii)—
      • (i) by striking 5 percentand inserting up to 10 percent; and
      • (ii) by inserting after ; and
    • in clause (iii), by striking one percentand inserting up to 1 percent; and
  • in subparagraph (C), strike and insert . 75 percent 95 percent
