SEC. 1. Short title

• This Act may be cited as the Syria Sanctions Relief Act.

SEC. 2. Repeal of measures with respect to the Syrian Arab Republic

• (a) Repeal of the Syria Human Rights Accountability Act of 2012
  • (1) In general
    • Title VII of the Iran Threat Reduction and Syria Human Rights Act of 2012 () is repealed. 22 U.S.C. 8791 et seq.
  • (2) Conforming amendment
    • The table of contents for such Act is amended by striking the items relating to title VII.
• (b) Repeal of the Caesar Syria Civilian Protection Act of 2019
  • Title LXXIV of the National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2020 () is repealed. Public Law 116–92
