SEC. 1. Additional subsidization

• Section 603(i)(1)(B) of the Federal Water Pollution Control Act () is amended to read as follows: 33 U.S.C. 1383(i)(1)(B)
  • to implement or utilize a process, material, technique, or technology (including software for asset management, software for operational analysis, and advanced digital construction management systems)—
    • (iii) to address water-efficiency goals;
    • (iv) to address energy-efficiency goals;
    • (v) to mitigate stormwater runoff; or
    • (vi) to implement projects that are cost-effective and sustainably planned, designed, and constructed.
