• Section 221 of the Federal Water Pollution Control Act () is amended in subsection (f) by striking paragraph (1) and inserting— 33 U.S.C. 1301
  • (1) In General
    • There is authorized to be appropriated to carry out this section $350,000,000 for each of fiscal years 2026 through 2031.
