Creates a new federal tax credit that lets eligible taxpayers claim an amount equal to the in vitro fertilization (IVF) medical expenses they paid during the tax year for qualifying treatments. The credit covers specified IVF-related costs, prohibits claiming another deduction or credit for the same expense, and takes effect for expenses paid or incurred after the law is enacted; the bill also makes a minor clerical adjustment to the Internal Revenue Code table of sections.
