SEC. 1. Short title

• This Act may be cited as the No Alipay Act of 2025.

SEC. 2. Prohibition on use of Alipay

• No financial transactions between AliPay (China) Internet Technology Company Limited (referred to in this Act as ) and a United States person are permitted, including the use of any application or payment processing services operated by Alipay.
