SEC. 1. Prohibition on reduction, elimination, or suspension of funding for land-grant colleges and universities

• (a) In general
  • The Secretary of Agriculture, or any other Federal official, may not take any action to reduce, eliminate, or suspend funding for land-grant colleges and universities, unless such reduction, elimination, or suspension is specifically authorized by an Act of Congress.
• (b) Land-Grant colleges and universities defined
  • In this section, the term land-grant colleges and universities has the meaning given such term in section 1404 of the (). 7 U.S.C. 3103
