SEC. 1. Prohibition on use of Federal funds to pay reparations issued by international bodies or courts for violations of international law

• No Federal funds may be used to pay any reparations in the form of restitution, compensation and satisfaction issued by an international body or court for a violation of international law unless Congress specifically approves such reparations in an Act of Congress enacted on or after the date of the enactment of this Act.
