  • Any reference in a law, map, regulation, document, paper, or other record of the United States to—
    • Great Falls Scenic Overlook Trail Bridge shall be deemed to be a reference to Bill Pascrell, Jr. Scenic Overlook Trail Bridge; and
    • Overlook Park shall be deemed to be a reference to Bill Pascrell, Jr. Overlook Park.
