SEC. 1. Short title
- This Act may be cited as the Valve Safety Fairness Act of 2025.
SEC. 2. Application of rule to Type A gas gathering lines
- The Administrator of the Pipeline and Hazardous Materials Safety Administration shall take such actions as are necessary to apply the final rule of the Administration, titled and published on April 8, 2022 (87 Fed. Reg. 20940), to Type A gas gathering lines.
