Referred to the Committee on Energy and Commerce, and in addition to the Committee on the Judiciary, for a period to be subsequently determined by the Speaker, in each case for consideration of such provisions as fall within the jurisdiction of the committee concerned.
This bill, called the “Vaccines in Trial and Liability Act of 2025,” would make it a federal crime to make fraudulent statements about clinical vaccine trials. Its aim is to protect the honesty of vaccine research and help keep the public safe by stopping lies or deception tied to these studies.
