SEC. 1. Short title

• This Act may be cited as the Water Cybersecurity Enhancement Act of 2025.

SEC. 2. Community water system risk and resilience

• Section 1433(g) of the Safe Drinking Water Act () is amended— 42 U.S.C. 300i–2(g)
  • in paragraph (1), by striking 2020 and 2021and inserting 2026 through 2031;
  • in paragraph (2), by striking subparagraph (F) and inserting the following:
    • participation in training programs, and the purchase of training manuals and guidance materials, relating to security and resilience, including—
      • (i) protecting community water systems from cyberattacks; and
      • (ii) responding to cyberattacks;
  • in paragraph (6), by striking 2020 and 2021and inserting 2026 through 2031.
