SEC. 1. Short title
- This Act may be cited as the Water Cybersecurity Enhancement Act of 2025.
SEC. 2. Community water system risk and resilience
- Section 1433(g) of the Safe Drinking Water Act () is amended— 42 U.S.C. 300i–2(g)
- in paragraph (1), by striking
2020 and 2021and inserting2026 through 2031; - in paragraph (2), by striking subparagraph (F) and inserting the following:
- participation in training programs, and the purchase of training manuals and guidance materials, relating to security and resilience, including—
- (i) protecting community water systems from cyberattacks; and
- (ii) responding to cyberattacks;
- participation in training programs, and the purchase of training manuals and guidance materials, relating to security and resilience, including—
- in paragraph (6), by striking
2020 and 2021and inserting2026 through 2031.
