SEC. 1. Short title

• This Act may be cited as the Water Infrastructure Resilience and Sustainability Act.

SEC. 2. Clean water infrastructure resiliency and sustainability program

• Section 223(g)(1) of the Federal Water Pollution Control Act () is amended by striking and inserting . 33 U.S.C. 1302a(g)(1)

SEC. 3. Drinking Water System Infrastructure Resilience and Sustainability Program

• Section 1459A(l) of the Safe Drinking Water Act (42 U.S.C. 300j–19a(l)) is amended by striking each place it appears and inserting .

SEC. 4. Midsize and Large Drinking Water System Infrastructure Resilience and Sustainability Program

• Section 1459F(f)(1) of the Safe Drinking Water Act (42 U.S.C. 300j–19g(f)(1)) is amended by striking and inserting .
