SEC. 1. Short title

• This Act may be cited as the Worker Enfranchisement Act.

SEC. 2. Employee enfranchisement

• (a) In general
  • Section 9 of the National Labor Relations Act () is amended— 29 U.S.C. 159
    • in subsection (a), by inserting after ; and
    • in subsection (c)(3), by inserting after .
• (b) Effective date
  • The amendments made by this Act shall apply in relation to elections occurring on or after the date that is 6 months after the date of enactment of this Act.
