SEC. 1. Short title

• This Act may be cited as the Youth Lead Act.

SEC. 2. Grants for youth organizations

• Section 410(d) of the Agricultural Research, Extension, and Education Reform Act of 1998 () is amended— 7 U.S.C. 7630(d)
  • by striking and at the end of paragraph (1);
  • by striking the period at the end of paragraph (2) and inserting ; and; and
    • $5,000,000 for each of fiscal years 2026 through 2030.
