SEC. 1. Short title

This Act may be cited as the Youth Prevention and Recovery Reauthorization Act of 2025.

SEC. 2. Youth prevention and recovery

Section 7102(c) of the SUPPORT for Patients and Communities Act (42 U.S.C. 290bb–7a(c)) is amended—
- in paragraph (2)—
  - in subparagraph (A)—
    - (i) in clause (i)—
    - by inserting after ; and
    - by striking high schoolsand inserting secondary schools; and
    - (ii) in clause (vi), by striking tribe, or tribaland inserting Tribe, or Tribal;
    - (E) Indian tribe; tribal organization
      - The terms and have the meanings given such terms in section 4 of the Indian Self-Determination and Education Assistance Act (). Indian Tribe,Tribal organization 25 U.S.C. 5304
  - by amending subparagraph (E) to read as follows:
  - by redesignating subparagraph (K) as subparagraph (L); and
    - (K) Secondary school
      - The term secondary school has the meaning given such term in section 8101 of the Elementary and Secondary Education Act of 1965 (). 20 U.S.C. 7801
  - by inserting after subparagraph (J) the following:
- in paragraph (3)(A), in the matter preceding clause (i)—
  - by striking ; and
  - by inserting after ;
- in paragraph (4)—
  - in the matter preceding subparagraph (A), by striking Indian tribesand inserting Indian Tribes;
  - in subparagraph (A), by striking ; and
  - in subparagraph (B), by striking peer mentoringand inserting peer-to-peer support;
- in paragraph (5), by striking tribaland inserting Tribal;
- in paragraph (6)(A)—
  - in clause (iv), by striking and inserting a semicolon; and; and
    - (vi) a plan to sustain the activities carried out under the grant program, after the grant program has ended; and
  - by adding at the end the following:
- in paragraph (8), by striking and inserting ; and
  - (9) Authorization of appropriations
    - To carry out this subsection, there are authorized to be appropriated—
      - $10,000,000 for fiscal year 2026;
      - $12,000,000 for fiscal year 2027;
      - $13,000,000 for fiscal year 2028;
      - $14,000,000 for fiscal year 2029; and
      - $15,000,000 for fiscal year 2030.
- by amending paragraph (9) to read as follows:
