Proposed Revision of Information Collection; Claim Adjudication Process for the Alleged Presence of Pneumoconiosis
The Department of Labor (DOL) is soliciting comments concerning a proposed extension for the authority to conduct the information collection request (ICR) titled, "Roentgenographic Interpretation" (Form CM-933), "Roentgenographic Quality Rereading" (Form CM-933a), "Medical History and Examination for Coal Mine Workers' Pneumoconiosis" (Form CM-988), "Report of Arterial Blood Gas Study" (Form CM-1159), and "Pulmonary Function Tests" (Form CM- 2907). This comment request is part of continuing Departmental efforts to reduce paperwork and respondent burden in accordance with the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995 (PRA).
