Since the FAA issued AD 2025-10-12, a new Model A321-271NY airplanes has been certified, on which the affected parts could be installed in service. This AD continues to require the actions in AD 2025-10-12, adds Model A321-271NY airplanes to the applicability, and prohibits the installation of affected parts under certain conditions. The FAA is issuing this AD to address the unsafe condition on these products.
