Mr. DAVIS of North Carolina. Mr. Speaker, homes are falling into the ocean along North Carolina's Outer Banks and in communities like Buxton.
speaking up and standing up for coastal and inland communities across eastern North Carolina because doing nothing is not an option.
I urge Congress to pass H.R. 3161, the Preventing Environmental Hazards Act. We must not continue watching livelihoods get washed away now only to pay the higher price of cleanup later.
