The PRESIDING OFFICER. Under the previous order, the Senate will proceed as a body to the Hall of the House
Doorkeeper, Jason Bell; the Secretary of the Senate, Jackie Barber; and the Vice President of the United States, JD Vance, proceeded to the Hall of the House of Representatives to hear the address by His Majesty King Charles III.
