discharged of further consideration of S.J. Res. 112,
providing for congressional disapproval of the rule submitted
by the Bureau of Industry and Security of the Department of
Commerce relating to “One Year
Suspension of Expansion of End-User Controls for Affiliates
of Certain Listed Entities,” and, further, that the joint
resolution be immediately placed upon the Legislative
Calendar under General Orders.

of title 5, United States Code, hereby direct that the Senate
Committee on Health, Education, Labor, and Pensions be
discharged of further consideration of S.J. Res. 182,
providing for congressional disapproval under chapter 8 of
title 5, United States Code, of the rule submitted by the
Department of Education relating to “William D. Ford Federal
Direct Loan (Direct Loan) Program,” and, further, that the
joint resolution be immediately placed upon the Legislative
Calendar under General Orders.
