Res. 163, to direct the removal of United States Armed Forces from hostilities within or against the Islamic Republic of Iran that have not been authorized by Congress, Senate vote on the motion to discharge at 11:30 a.m., on Wednesday, May 13, 2026; that following disposition of S.J. Res. 163, notwithstanding Rule XXII, Senate vote on the motion to invoke cloture with respect to S. Res. 526, withholding the pay of Senators if a Government shutdown occurs; and that if cloture is invoked on S. Res. 526, all post-cloture time be expired and Senate vote on adoption of the motion to proceed at a time to be determined by the Majority Leader, in consultation with the Democratic Leader, no earlier than Thursday, May 14, 2026.
