Mr. McCAUL. Mr. Speaker, I rise today to honor Jennifer Margaret Yezak for more than 40 years of extraordinary contributions to agriculture, the State of Texas, and our Nation. A proud graduate of Texas A&M University, Jennifer's career reflects deep expertise in federal policy and public administration.
From serving as a legislative assistant to U.S. Senators to her leadership as Deputy Commissioner of the Colorado Department of Agriculture, Jennifer has consistently championed the needs of rural America. Her distinguished federal service includes senior roles at the U.S. Department of Agriculture, where she served as Senior Advisor to the Secretary and Director of External and Intergovernmental Affairs, strengthening vital ties between the White House, Congress, and state officials.

Agricultural Lifetime Leadership Distinguished Alumna Award—Jennifer remains deeply rooted in her community and her Polish heritage. Growing up in a family that founded the Bremond Press, she carries forward a legacy of civic engagement through her active support of local leadership and the annual Polish Pickle Run. Jennifer has “planted trees” through her career that will provide
shade for generations of Texas Aggies, farmers, and ranchers.
