Ms. LUMMIS. Mr. President, I ask unanimous consent that the Senate proceed to consideration of S. Res. 739, submitted earlier today.

A resolution (S. Res. 739) honoring the life and legacy of
John Seymour, the late Senator for the State of California.
Ms. LUMMIS. I ask unanimous consent that the resolution be agreed to, the preamble be agreed to, and the motions to reconsider be considered made and laid upon the table with no intervening action or debate.
