Ms. DEXTER. Mr. Speaker, I rise today to recognize and congratulate the outstanding students of the Constitution Team at Grant High School in Portland, Oregon, for their remarkable achievement in earning third place at the national civics competition—We the People: The Citizen and the Constitution.
