Page H3737 Communication from the Clerk: The Chair laid before the House a communication from the Clerk of the House. Pursuant to section 1(k) of House Resolution 895, One Hundred Tenth Congress, and section 4(d) of House Resolution 5, One Hundred Nineteenth Congress, the Clerk transmitted a notification that the following individual signed an agreement not to be a candidate for the office of Senator or Representative in, or Delegate or Resident Commissioner to, the Congress for purposes of the Federal Election Campaign Act of 1971 until at least 3 years after she is no longer a member of the board or staff of the Office of Congressional Conduct: Gabriella Lewis. Copies of the signed agreements will be retained by the Office of the Clerk.
