Mr. SOTO. Mr. Speaker, I rise to honor Marquise McMiller as a distinguished leader in Central Florida for Military Appreciation Month. Marquise McMiller, JD, is a twelve-year veteran of the United States Army and the Florida Army National Guard. Originally from Gary, Indiana, Mr. McMiller relocated to Florida and served within the 144th Transportation Company in Marianna and the 1218th Transportation Company, eventually attaining the rank of Sergeant (E-5).
