Mr. MORELLE. Mr. Speaker, I rise today to recognize and honor the West Henrietta Fire Department as it celebrates its 100th anniversary of dedicated service to the Henrietta community and Monroe County, New York.

What began as a volunteer fire company serving a growing rural area has evolved into a vital part of the Henrietta Fire District, continuing a proud tradition of neighbor serving neighbor through courage, sacrifice, and selfless dedication.

Through fires, accidents, medical emergencies, severe weather events, and countless other challenges, generations of volunteer firefighters have exemplified professionalism, compassion, and unwavering commitment to public service. Their work has earned the admiration and gratitude of the entire community.
