Page S2975 Hostilities With Iran—Agreement: A unanimous-consent-time agreement was reached providing that, notwithstanding Rule XXII, at a time to be determined by the Majority Leader, in concurrence with the Democratic Leader, no later than Thursday, June 25, 2026, H. Con. Res. 86, directing the President,
States Armed Forces from hostilities with Iran, be discharged from the Committee on Foreign Relations and Senate proceed to its consideration; that there be six hours for debate only with the time equally divided between the Leaders, or their designees, on the concurrent resolution; and that following the use or yielding back of that time, Senate vote on adoption of the concurrent resolution.
Owens Nomination—Agreement: A unanimous-consent agreement was reached providing that, notwithstanding Rule XXII, at a time to be determined by the Majority Leader, in consultation with the Democratic Leader, Senate begin consideration of the nomination of Darrell Owens, of Pennsylvania, to be U.S. Representative to the Organization for Security and Cooperation in Europe, with the rank of Ambassador; and that the Senate vote on confirmation of the nomination, without intervening action or debate.
