Next Meeting of the SENATE

Program for Wednesday: Senate will resume consideration of the nomination of John George Edward Marck, of Texas, to be United States District Judge for the Southern District of Texas, and vote on the motion to invoke cloture thereon at 11:30 a.m. If cloture is invoked on the nomination, Senate will vote on confirmation of the nomination at 2:15 p.m.
Senate will vote on the motion to invoke cloture on the nomination of Michael J. Hendershot, of Ohio, to be United States District Judge for the Northern District of Ohio. If cloture is invoked on the nomination, Senate will vote on confirmation thereon at 5:30 p.m.
Following disposition of the nomination of Michael J. Hendershot, Senate will vote on the motion to invoke cloture on the nomination of Arthur Roberts Jones, of Texas, to be United States District Judge for the Southern District of Texas.
(Senate will recess following the vote on the motion to invoke cloture on the nomination of John George Edward Marck until 2:15 p.m.)
