Mr. BEAN of Florida. Mr. Speaker, I rise today to recognize Mr. Bryan Campbell as he will be sworn in as President of the Rotary Club of Orange Park Sunrise in Clay County, Florida, on June 27, 2026.
“Service Above Self” through more than a decade of work in community service, youth development, food security, health, wellness, and local philanthropy. As President, he will lead with a clear goal: ensuring the Rotary Club of Orange Park Sunrise strengthens Clay County through service, collaboration, and leadership.
Bryan's service extends far beyond Rotary. As my District Director, he works every day to connect the people of Northeast Florida with their federal government, solve problems for constituents, and strengthen relationships across our communities.
Colorado and Florida. He helped author LifeBridge, a physician wellness program used by more than 30 medical societies nationwide to address physician burnout, depression, and suicide. He also created the Blue Paisley Ribbon to recognize National Thyroid Awareness Month.
