Mr. THUNE. Mr. President, I ask unanimous consent that the Senate proceed to executive session to consider the following nominations: Calendar No. 774; and all nominations on the Secretary's desk in the Coast Guard, with the exception of Jesse M. Millard (PN846) and Ronzelle L. Green and Tabitha A.
