Ms. KAPTUR. Mr. Speaker, I rise to pay tribute to an honorable, patriotic, gregarious American who dedicated his life to building our Nation and world into a more just, livable country and democratic world.
away at the ripe age of 101 years old, just 2 months shy of attaining his 102nd birthday.
