Mr. SOTO. Mr. Speaker. I rise to honor Lyma Dunbar as a Distinguished Leader in Central Florida for Caribbean Heritage Month. Lyma Dunbar is the host of the talk show “The People's Chat Room,” which has been on the Central Florida airwaves for the past 14 years. Also, from August 2022 to May 2023, she hosted “Caribbean Straight Talk,” which focused on the Caribbean Diaspora within Florida.
