Mr. Hudson. Mr. Speaker, on July 4, 2026, the Stimpson family celebrated the 100th anniversary of the Choctaw Bluff Hunting Club founded by Fred T. Stimpson in 1926.
leaders, especially in the areas of wildlife restoration forestry, and habitat protection. Fred served on Alabama's first Department of Conservation and Natural Resources Conservation Advisory Board. He helped lead the Alabama Wildlife Federation and ultimately established the Fred T. Stimpson Special Opportunity Area which provides protected lands for deer, turkey and other species in Clarke County, Alabama.
members with the opportunity to hunt, socialize and preserve their core values. These values include the love of family, the practice of faith and the protection of land, which will be passed down for generations.
Bluff along with its values will continue for 100 more years, and beyond.
