Mr. JACK. Mr. Speaker, I rise today to recognize the remarkable career of a great American, Gina Joy Rigby-House, who will soon retire from her role as Vice President of AFLAC.

AFLAC by cultivating relationships with our country's leaders and shaping policies that benefited millions of Americans.
Mr. Speaker, I first met Gina and her husband, Mike, in 2018 when I was serving in President Trump's first White House. Gina and I worked together to facilitate an Oval Office event with AFLAC employees to celebrate the passage and enactment of the historic Tax Cuts and Jobs Act, which proved to be a memorable day we will never forget.
Mr. Speaker, I am honored to recognize the distinguished career of Gina Joy Rigby-House, who will be remembered by this Congress and her colleagues in Washington for her accomplishments, character, integrity, and steadfast devotion to her work. May the wonderful example she set be an inspiration for generations to come.
