Mr. HUSTED. Mr. President, I ask unanimous consent that the Committee on the Judiciary be discharged from further consideration and the Senate now proceed to S. Res. 799.

A resolution (S. Res. 799) expressing the condolences of
the Senate and honoring the memory of the victims on the
fourth anniversary of the mass shooting at the Fourth of July
parade in Highland Park, Illinois, on July 4, 2022.
Mr. HUSTED. I ask unanimous consent that the resolution be agreed to, the preamble be agreed to, and that the motions to reconsider be considered made and laid upon the table.
