Mr. JOYCE of Pennsylvania. Mr. Speaker, I rise to recognize Harry Mullins of Williamsburg, Pennsylvania, for his selection as the recipient of the Norma Jean Shanholtz Community Service Award presented by the Williamsburg Civic Club.
Municipal Authority, Williamsburg Fire Commission, and Williamsburg Fire Police. His service has also benefited the Williamsburg Community Farm Show and Williamsburg Food Bank.
a hand to anyone in need. His servant's heart, generosity, and unwavering commitment have made him a true pillar of the Williamsburg community.
