Mrs. McCLAIN DELANEY. Mr. Speaker, as families across Maryland's Sixth Congressional District prepare for a new school year, they are facing yet another hit to their wallets. Parents will be spending an average of $485 extra per child on back-to-school costs, nearly 12 percent more than last year.
