the State of California, relative to Senate Joint Resolution
No. 13, urging the United States, at the 2026 United States-
Mexico-Canada Agreement (USMCA) joint review, to secure and
publicly adopt measurable and sustained commitments from the
parties to eliminate chronic transboundary sewage discharges
into the Tijuana River watershed and the flow of untreated
sewage, industrial effluent, and toxic pollutants through the
New River from Mexicali into the County of Imperial; to the
Committee on Transportation and Infrastructure.
ML-113. Also, a memorial of the Senate of the State of New
Jersey, relative to Senate Resolution Nos. 97 and 99,
strongly condemning federal efforts aimed at restricting
voting and urging the federal government to protect Americas'
right to vote; jointly to the Committees on House
Administration and the Judiciary.
