S. 3135, to require the Administrator of the Environmental Protection Agency to authorize manufacturers of certain vehicles to suspend engine derate or shutdown functions in prolonged cold weather conditions, with an amendment in the nature of a substitute.
S. 5045, to amend the Clean Air Act to modify the handling of air quality monitoring with respect to prescribed fires.
S. 5249, to amend the Atomic Energy Act of 1954 to align the licensing of uranium enrichment facilities with other fuel cycle facilities under that Act, with an amendment in the nature of a substitute. Page S4756 Measures Passed:

Hydropower Licensing Transparency Act: Committee on Energy and Natural Resources was discharged from further consideration of H.R. 3657, to amend the Federal Power Act to require the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission to annually submit to Congress a report on the status of ongoing hydropower relicensing applications, and the bill was then passed.
