LITERACY WEEK”
Ms. LUMMIS. Madam President, I ask unanimous consent that the Committee on Health, Education, Labor, and Pensions be discharged from further consideration and the Senate now proceed to S. Res. 863.

The legislative clerk read as follows:
A resolution (S. Res. 863) expressing support for
designation of the week of September 13 through 19, 2026, as
“National Adult Education and Family Literacy Week”.
Ms. LUMMIS. I ask unanimous consent that the resolution be agreed to, the preamble be agreed to, and that the motions to reconsider be considered made and laid upon the table.
