Mr. GARAMENDI. Mr. Speaker, I rise today to recognize the contributions of Chris Mathias as she is honored as one of California's 8th Congressional District's Women of the Year. Chris, who founded the Indivisible group in El Sobrante, has been an incredible leader and advocate within her community.
