Mr. THOMPSON of California. Mr. Speaker, I rise today to honor the Kaiser Permanente Napa Medical Offices on their 75th Anniversary as they celebrate decades of high quality, compassionate care and commitment to the health and well-being of Napa County.

historical connection through Eugene “Gene” Trefethen, a trusted leader within the Kaiser enterprises who played an influential role in shaping the partnership between Kaiser Foundation Health Plan and its medical groups. Eugene Trefethen's leadership helped strengthen the integrated health care model that enabled Kaiser Permanente to grow into the nationally respected health system it is today, creating a lasting legacy that connects two important chapters of Napa Valley and California history.
