Mr. GARAMENDI. Mr. Speaker, I rise today to recognize Toni Condit as she is honored as one of California's 8th Congressional District's Women of the Year. As co-founder and Board Chair of Future Leadership Solano (FLS), Toni has dedicated herself to expanding opportunities for young people to develop leadership skills and become active participants in their communities.
community engagement opportunities to nearly 80 local youth, connecting them with civic, business, educational, and nonprofit leaders. Through these experiences and hands-on service projects, participants learn how their communities operate and how they can make a meaningful difference.
