Amends the Visit America Act to promote music tourism.
Adds responsibilities to the Assistant Secretary of Commerce for Travel and Tourism to identify and promote locations and events in the U.S. important to music tourism.
Includes both domestic and international promotion of music tourism sites and events.
Requires an annual report on activities, findings, achievements, and vulnerabilities related to music tourism goals.
Defines music tourism as traveling to visit music-related attractions or to attend music festivals, concerts, or live performances.
